Independent commercial strategy, market access and strategic execution across the Web3 ecosystem — for projects, exchanges, market makers, investors and infrastructure teams that need more than an introduction.
From early content and KOL work to exchange ecosystem exposure, DeFi, launch ecosystems, token-launch strategy and institutional market infrastructure — a progression across every layer of the industry.
Entered Web3 through marketing, KOL networking, AMA hosting, content and PR work — building relationships across 20+ projects including CoinMarketCap, Huobi Global, Frontier, Sidus Heroes, Enjinstarter and The Killbox.
Built an organic crypto content and trading community across Twitter and Telegram, growing relationships with projects, KOLs and VCs along the way.
Handpicked for Binance's Global Affiliate Partnership Program on the basis of content quality — the beginning of direct exchange ecosystem exposure. This was an affiliate partnership, not employment.
Moved deeper into DeFi and DEX — leading marketing, product and PR strategy, KOL/influencer management across Telegram, Discord, Twitter and YouTube, AMA events and Twitter Spaces, plus business development across launchpad partnerships, DEX integrations, audit partners and Smart Contracts as a Service.
Also led business proposals, negotiation, market research and competitive analysis across the DeFi landscape.
Built significant launch-ecosystem experience — global KOL management, influencer research and onboarding across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, TikTok and YouTube, project growth, go-to-market and launch strategy, team management and pre/post-launch marketing negotiation.
Expanded into partnerships, GTM and token-launch strategy — Web3 project evaluation, CEX/DEX listings, tokenomics and token liquidity management, KOL onboarding, investor management and growth strategy across GameFi and MemeFi.
Worked across the commercial and GTM functions supporting the $BULLA launch and its expansion onto exchanges including Binance, KuCoin and HTX. Read the full case study ↓
Entered institutional Web3 — market making, VC investments, OTC deals, client relationship building, ecosystem support, institutional BD, project acquisition and liquidity solutions, working closely with top-tier exchanges including Binance, OKX, Bybit, KuCoin, Gate, MEXC and Bitget.
Operating independently — combining eight-plus years of ecosystem experience with a broad network of exchanges, market makers, investors, KOLs and infrastructure companies to help projects and ecosystem participants move commercial objectives toward execution.
Directed 150+ full-fledged new model projects on an approximately $180M yearly basis — coordinating international teams across the USA, Italy, Japan, Chile, Peru, Colombia, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. Not "I know everyone." Years spent building relationships across multiple layers of the Web3 ecosystem — and the ability to activate the relevant ones based on the requirement.

An external commercial function for Web3 companies with multiple strategic requirements at once — exchange strategy, market making, liquidity, KOLs, investors, OTC, GTM, partnerships and regional expansion, coordinated through a single relationship instead of ten disconnected ones.
HasbiLand's $BULLA took the cultural weight of Hasbulla — one of the internet's most recognizable faces — and turned it into a live, multi-exchange Web3 token, expanding through MEXC, HTX and KuCoin before entering the Binance ecosystem via Binance Alpha and, later, Binance Futures. At HasbiLand, Viraj worked across the commercial layer of that launch — GTM strategy, exchange access, tokenomics, liquidity, KOL distribution, investor relationships and partnerships — as part of the team moving the project from strategy into execution.
Hasbulla already had enormous, pre-existing cultural recognition — a global, multi-platform following built entirely outside of crypto. The opportunity was to translate that recognition into a functioning Web3 asset. The challenge was never simply "launch a token" — it required positioning, tokenomics, liquidity, exchange access, KOL distribution, investor relationships, partnerships, community management and marketing to move in parallel, then hold together after launch day. That commercial coordination — not the token contract itself — is where the real work sits, and where Viraj's role was concentrated.

BULLA has also traded across additional centralized exchanges including XT.COM, LBank, AscendEX, BingX, BitMart and Poloniex, plus decentralized venues on PancakeSwap (BSC) — per exchange-aggregator data. Exact listing dates for these were not independently confirmed for this case study and are omitted rather than estimated.
Presented with exact terminology: BULLA has not been confirmed as a Binance Spot listing. Its verified Binance milestones are Binance Alpha and Binance Futures.
Figures verified via BscScan (on-chain supply and contract), official exchange/Binance announcements and the project's own channels — full list under Sources below. Price and market cap move continuously; for live figures see CoinMarketCap or CoinGecko directly rather than a static number on this page.
Figures reflect media-reported counts and will have moved since; the point is the scale of an audience built entirely outside crypto — the actual GTM challenge on this launch.
BULLA demonstrates the type of commercial coordination Viraj now brings to projects independently: understanding the requirement, mapping the right counterparties, coordinating market access, distribution and partnerships, and helping move a project from strategy into execution.
